There is no special relationship between the Tiger and the Goat which concerns: CHI气 (trad. - 氣) - the “energy flow” - Chinese tradition states that the Yang Wood of the Tiger controls the Yin Earth of the Goat. This will probably signify opportunities to earn money, or to buy something at an excellent price. Chances are that this comes out of mere luck, but it does not exclude the possibility of coming from a reward from past actions.
Going further, the Tiger should try to appreciate and look for the true value of things as well as being careful about the illusion of vague promises.
The Chinese almanacs tend to classify this month as neutral or positive, mainly positive.
